Naravno da je teško pitanje pa i odgovor.Srbija je dosta bila "zatvorena"(i još uvek) što se tiče marketinga.(online plaćanja,dostave...pojedini servisi jos uvek nisu dostupni)
Prvenstveno mislim na FB,twitter koji se najviše koristi...A o čemu je i tema!
Ja dosta koristim FB za marketing .Samo ne u Srbiji.
Gledajuci statistiku,prvenstveno za marketing i oglašavanje..tu čovek ne može da bude pametan.
3,5mil. korisnika na FB koji su u većini korisnici 18-24god. starosti.
Što opet znači vecina bez posla,para,studenti i sl.

Travel booking
8.3% of internet users bought/ordered holiday accommodation (hotel, etc.) online in 2011, according to the State Statistical Office's report on the use of information and communication technologies in the Republic of Serbia for 2011. The percentage stood at 8.2% for other travel arrangements (transport tickets, car hire, etc.) and 6.7% for tickets for cultural events. (Statistical Office of the Republic of Serbia, May 2012)
Broadband Access
38% of households in the Republic of Serbia had a broadband internet connection in 2012, according to the Statistical Office of the Republic of Serbia. This was an increase of 7% and 10.4% in relation to 2011 and 2010 respectively. Broadband internet connections were most used in Belgrade (50.4%), in Vojvodina (37.68%), and the least in Central Serbia (32.4%).
The broadband internet connection is mostly used in households with a monthly income of over 600 euros (72.3%), while the share of household with an income less than 300 euros is only 22.4%. (Statistical Office of the Republic of Serbia, September 2012)

The number of households in Serbia using a mobile phone to access the internet increased by 21.5% in 2012 compared to 2011. On the other hand, number of households that use personal computer for accessing the internet decreased by 3.9%.

- Mobile phone (GPRS): 37.2%
- Laptop: 35.4%
- Games consoles: 1.3%
- Handheld computer: 1.1%
- TV set with specific internet device: 0.8%
